  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Tracked all the way to your door

Free Shipping (Orders over $50)

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
  • Basic tracking included

Note: We don’t ship to some remote areas – if your address gets declined, it’s not you, it’s the postal gods.

Returns & Exchanges

Got a warped wax or a shirt that fits like a potato sack? Here’s how we fix it:

The Quick Version (For Those Who Skip to Side B)

  • 15-day return window from delivery date
  • Unopened/new condition for standard returns
  • Defective items? We’ll make it right
  • Refunds processed within 5 business days
  • Original shipping costs non-refundable

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return

    Email our crew at [email protected] with:

    • Your order number
    • Item(s) you’re returning
    • Reason for return
    • Whether you want an exchange or refund
  2. Wait for Approval

    We’ll respond within 2 business days (usually faster – we’re not the DMV). For exchanges, we’ll confirm availability of your requested item.

  3. Package It Up

    Once approved, repackage items securely in their original packaging. For vinyl, use proper mailers – don’t just slap a label on the jacket (we’ve seen things…).

  4. Ship It Back

    Include your RMA number (we’ll provide it) on the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method – we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Details

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Refunded to your original payment method (PayPal, credit card, etc.)
  • What’s Refunded: Item cost only (original shipping costs aren’t refunded)
  • Return Shipping: Customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are like that rare live bootleg – once it’s yours, it’s yours:

  • Opened vinyl/media (unless defective – email us immediately if you receive a warped record or skipping CD)
  • Clearance items (marked as “final sale” on product page)
  • Downloadable content (digital downloads, PDFs, etc.)
  • Personalized/custom items (that autographed copy is yours to keep)

Exchanges

Want to swap for something else? We’ll do our best to accommodate exchanges for items of equal value. If your desired item costs more, you’ll pay the difference; if it costs less, we’ll refund the balance.

International Returns

For our global customers outside the US:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs
  • Mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs fees
  • We can’t refund any original customs/duties fees

Damaged/Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or is defective (skips, mispresses, etc.):

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
  • Include photos of the damage/defect
  • We’ll typically send a replacement immediately (no need to return the damaged item)
